Candid Series - Blood Orange Sour Hazy
Candid – an ever-changing catalogue of photogenic fruited sour hazy pale ales.
For this edition, we chose South Australian grown Blood Orange.

Fruit: Cryodesiccated Blood Orange

Candid – an ever-changing catalogue of photogenic fruited sour hazy pale ales.
For this edition, we chose Hawke’s Bay grown Black Doris Plum.

Let Them Eat Cake Vol 2 - Rhubarb Crumble Sour
The supposed words that sparked the French Revolution. We’ve opted to push back against the status quo, this time by throwing rhubarb, raspberry, toasted oats and lactose into a sour beer. Tastes like rebellion.
Fruit: Rhubarb and Raspberry.
Malts: Malted and toasted oats and lactose

Psyclone - New Zealand IPA
Across the Cook Strait, a storm is brewing. Three vinous beasts, Riwaka, Moutere and Nectaron rise over the horizon and strike in synchrony , bringing a vortex of unrestrained power and obliterating all in their path. Batten down your palate and hold onto your psyche. Psyclone.
Hops: Riwaka, Moutere and Nectaron - Stone fruits, citrus zest and dank.
Malts: Wheat and Rye boosts body, huge fruity notes.

This was our first attempt to create order from chaos. Order went out the window, chaos reigned supreme, and a solid beer remained.
